Our high quality 14k gold chains, although minimal, are made to stand the test of time. However, if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, it can be done by simply cutting the small ring that connects the two ends of the chain carefully with scissors.

If you need to remove the bracelet for any reason, do so by carefully cutting the small ring that connects the two ends of the chain; this will maintain its integrity. We can certainly assist you if you're not sure how to do it yourself.

If your bracelet breaks, or stretches we can repair it for a fee of $25.00. If it is broken or stretched beyond repair, you will need to purchase a new bracelet.

Sadly, we are not liable for lost chains, but we’d be happy to accommodate you on our nearest available date for another appointment.

If you’ve ever had a reaction to gold we advise against getting a Poetry Bracelet as all our chains are 14k gold.
