SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority - unless you contact us prior to placing an order and request to use a different carrier. If you need expedite shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will find the best express shipping option for you. If you reside outside the U.S., please contact us via e-mail to place your order. We will arrange to ship your order via USPS Express Mail International. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Easy Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase please read carefully our return and exchange policy.
Items can be returned within 7days from receipt in original, unused condition for a store credit (electronic gift card) via mail or shop. We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standard.

We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Our jewelry is all handmade at our studio with love and care and the studios of partner artisans. If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased in our online store www.shop-luca.com or at our 58 Taft location we accept an exchange for store credit.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the item for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Merchandise returned for an exchange must be shipped to our studio within 3 business days from the date that the RA# is issued.
In the event of a valid exchange or store credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item.
Merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unused and must be in original condition as reflected at time of purchase and must have original packaging, sorry no exceptions.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the original item.
All items purchased on sale, special orders, custom orders, one of a kind items are final sale, not returnable or exchangeable.
Additional goods are exempt from being returned and refundable:
Personal care items
Books and magazines
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is more than 15 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive an electronic gift card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your electronic gift card please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged. All sale items are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: LUCA Calle Taft San Juan PR 00911. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
